L & C Fisheries began producing and exporting cultured mussels in 1992, and as the popularity of cultivated mussels rose, so did the company. The company’s commitment to excellence has remained unchanged despite its expansion. L & C Fisheries was founded on the principles of providing excellent customer service and satisfaction. The company began processing Cultured Mussels under the Green Gables Mussel brand in 1997, and it has grown steadily since then. Green Gables Mussels were recently made available in a frozen container for shipping to customers in Canada and the United States, as well as Saudi Arabia.
