We provide maintenance and service for air starters, compressor valves, engine overhauls, compressor overhauls and CC40 overhauls.
AIR STARTERS
- Disassemble
- Clean & evaluate
- Replace all worn parts
- Reassemble & bench test
COMPRESSOR VALVES
- Disassemble
- Clean & evaluate
- Lap or Machine metal surfaces as required
- Crack check (magi flux) if required
- Replace all wearable items
- Reassemble
- Leak check
ENGINE OVERHAULS
- Clean & disassemble
- Replace all bearings
- Clean & hone or replace liners as required
- Clean & measure pistons – replace if required
- Evaluate cam & followers – replace if required
- In-house remanufacture of all water pumps, starters, & accessories
- Turbos inspected & Exchanged – if required
- Reassemble with all new gaskets
- Test run if applicable
CC40 OVERHAUL
- New 3.0L Chev Engine
- New Distributor
- Clean & inspect rad – replace as necessary
- Replace hoses
- Re-bearing and seal E12 Tamrotor if requested or required
