The Process
1. Colour + Material Selection
We can’t wait to meet you! Schedule an appointment with one of our talented sales team members to kickstart your project. Our attentive staff will guide you through the entire process. Let’s begin by exploring a variety of colors and materials to estimate the project cost.
2. Get a Quote
First things first—let’s talk about the budget. Whether you’ve consulted with our sales team or have specific colors and materials in mind, we can provide you with a personalized quote. Simply provide a drawing of your space (a quick sketch will do) along with essential details like measurements, sink cutout requirements, stove specifications, cabinet status (new or old), anticipated installation date, and any other relevant information.

3. Templating
The first step in our schedule is the on-site measurement, known as templating. Don’t worry; we won’t cut any countertops based on your rough drawing! Utilizing a digital laser templating system, we ensure the most accurate measurements. Templating can be done once new cabinets are installed and secured, or if you’re keeping your existing cabinetry, after old countertops are removed (we also offer removal services). 4. Fabrication
Fabrication, involving cutting and polishing your chosen material, is executed on a state-of-the-art CNC machine in our shop. Our experienced fabricators handle every step with precision. Operating top-of-the-line machines ensures efficiency and accuracy. Committed to our lead times, our fabrication department operates two shifts, 16 hours a day, five days a week.
5. Installation
Approximately 7-10 business days after templating, your installation will take place. With top-notch equipment and industry-leading installers, we prioritize your satisfaction. Installation durations vary based on project size. Post-installation, a plumber can be called to connect the sink and faucet. The sink mount should set for 12 hours before plumbing is hooked up again. On installation day, we also leave behind a complimentary cutting board.
